"I thought we ran great for the first meet for both teams. We have several 1st year or first time runners and they all ran great. Coleman Clark and Molly Dailey (both freshmen) ran huge PR's and the returning state qualifiers Allyson Stevens, Aoife O'Grady, Christina Schafer and Jamison Ward equaled or were better than their state meet times from November. Our first time runners Jake Hanes, Helena DeArgila and Haleigh Hubbell all ran great for their first time.   Its a good starting point for both teams and we continue to work hard and get better by Regionals on October 27."

Their next meet is the Shepherd Invitational on September 6th where they will have an opportunity to preview the regional course.
