The Eagle track & field teams competed at the Ithaca Invitational held at Chesaning HS.  

The boys finished 5th  with 15 points.  Pewamo Westphalia won the meet with 95 points.

Medaling for the Eagles were Beau Hollinshead (3rd in the 400m dash in 55.23), Coleman Clark (3rd in 3200m run 10:26), and Dan Smith (6th in Shot Put 49'4"),  

The girls finished 8th with 14 points.  Pewamo Westphalia won the meet with 113 points.  Medaling for the Lady Eagles were  Sarah McCrackin (1st High Jump 4'10") and Allyson Stevens (5th High Jump, 4'8"). 

"It was the first meet for us and we competed well against the bigger schools that were there. This meet was about finally being able to compete with someone other than Mother Nature as we have for the past couple of weeks. By and large, the performances today were good and definitely show promise.  We have some work to do to get to May 19, but they will improve by then."  

The next meet is Wednesday, April 25th at Montabella for the 1st MSAC meet.
